Emaar Properties — CRM, Broker Portal & Inventory
Designing and delivering the Salesforce CRM, broker management portal, and real-time inventory system powering property sales across Dubai Hills Estate, Creek Harbour, and Emaar's other flagship communities.
The Client
Emaar Properties is the UAE's largest real estate developer — the company behind Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, Dubai Hills Estate, and Dubai Creek Harbour. At this scale, property sales run through thousands of brokers, tens of thousands of units, and launch events where entire towers sell in hours. The systems behind that process have to be real-time, reliable, and effortless for brokers to use.
This engagement was delivered during Ahmed's tenure as Software Solution Architect at PwC.
The Challenge
Sales at flagship-launch scale exposes every weakness in a CRM stack: brokers need instant, accurate unit availability; sales teams need a single view of every lead and booking; and finance needs payment milestones tracked without manual reconciliation. Fragmented tooling means double-booked units, missed follow-ups, and brokers working from stale spreadsheets during the busiest hours of a launch.
What Was Delivered
- Salesforce CRM covering the end-to-end sales lifecycle — lead capture, opportunity management, bookings, and customer handovers.
- Broker management portal — self-service onboarding and deal submission for Emaar's broker network, giving agencies direct, governed access to the sales process.
- Real-time inventory system — unit availability, pricing, and holds synchronized across sales channels, built to stay accurate under launch-day load.
- Enterprise integrations connecting Salesforce with ERP, payment, and document systems so bookings flow through to finance without re-keying.

Capabilities Used
Why It Matters Now
The patterns proven at Emaar — real-time inventory, governed broker access, integrated payments — are exactly what Nogbase now delivers to mid-market developers as a ready-made platform, and what AqarWorks implements for developers who need it built on their own stack.
