What This Covers

Real estate is a different Salesforce problem than generic B2B sales. Off-plan launches sell entire towers in hours; thousands of external brokers need governed, real-time access to inventory and pricing; bookings must flow through payment plans, RERA-compliant documentation, and handovers without re-keying. A Salesforce Solution Architect who has lived that — data models, sharing architecture, Platform Events, ERP and payment integrations, launch-day load — is what separates a CRM that works in a demo from one that survives a launch.

What I Deliver

  • Salesforce CRM for developer sales — Sales Cloud data models covering leads, opportunities, units, bookings, payment plans, and customer handovers, designed for off-plan and launch-driven sales.
  • Broker & customer portals on Experience Cloud — self-service broker onboarding, KYC, real-time inventory, EOI submission, and commission visibility with security architecture that shows each agency exactly what it should see.
  • Integration architecture — Platform Events and API-led patterns keeping Salesforce, ERP, payment gateways, and document systems consistent in real time.
  • Solution audits & rescues — reviewing stalled or underperforming real-estate Salesforce orgs and producing a concrete remediation roadmap.

How Engagements Work

Salesforce consulting engagements run through AqarWorks, my real-estate operations consulting practice — from discovery workshops and solution design documents through build, integration, and go-live. Engagements typically start with a short architecture review of your current state.

One honest caveat: Salesforce isn't always the answer. Enterprise developers with complex multi-entity structures and dedicated admin teams get real value from it. Mid-market developers are often better served by purpose-built PropTech like Nogbase, which ships these workflows out of the box. Having architected the former and founded the latter, I'll tell you which fits before proposing anything.

Common Questions

What does a Salesforce Solution Architect do for a property developer?

Designs the system your sales run on: the Sales Cloud data model for leads, units, and bookings; Experience Cloud portals for broker access; integrations to ERP, payments, and documents; and the security and scalability decisions that keep it working under launch-day load.

Do you work outside the UAE?

Yes — I've delivered across four markets (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Qatar) and work with developers throughout the GCC and MENA region.

Which Salesforce products do real estate developers actually need?

Most developer implementations center on Sales Cloud (sales lifecycle) and Experience Cloud (broker and customer portals), with Platform Events and REST APIs handling ERP and payment integration. Marketing Cloud and CPQ come into play for larger, multi-country operations like Majid Al Futtaim.
